Development and implementation of phase 3 of the Brisbane City Council (BCC) Major Infrastructure Projects Office (MIPO) project management methodology (PM2), including the development of key project management processes, procedures and practices.
All outcomes were implemented using on-line materials developed for the MIPO Project Management Centre of Excellence (PMCOE).
Conduct third party reviews of projects in support of the BCC MIPO governance process incorporating business analysis, risk management, financial viability, compliance and benefits realisation.
